對家人有耐心，是愛的表現；對別人有耐心是尊重；對自已有耐心是自信；對神有耐性是信念。

不要太想念過去，因它會給你帶來悲傷…；不要太思考未來，因它會帶給你恐懼…；用微笑活在當下，它會帶來喜樂。

When you are having a lot of difficulties, and despite that, you stay in Sahaja collective, your Vishudhi is established.
當你有很多的困難，儘管這樣，你還是留在霎哈嘉集體，那你的喉輪已經建立好了。
When you see every event, good or bad, as a film shot in life, and be spectator, your Vishudhi is established .
當你看到每一個事件，好的或不好的，就像個旁觀者般看著人生中的片段，那你的喉輪已經建立好了。
When some one insults you and you stay indifferent and don’t react, your Vishudhi is established.
當某人羞辱你，你只是冷淡視之並且不做任何反應，那你的喉輪已經建立好了。
When people harm you by their speeches and you respond with silence of a bandhan , even if you are right , your Vishudhi is established .
當人們用言語傷害你，即使你是對的，但你的反應只是安靜地做個班單，那你的喉輪已經建立好了。
When a Sahaja brother , Sahaja sister, or anyone expresses to you his or her problems , and by your advice you relieve him, and calm his anxiety , your Vishudhi is established .
當一位霎哈嘉瑜珈的兄弟、姐妹或任何人在向你表達他的問題時，你的意見緩和了他、讓他靜下來不焦慮，那你的喉輪已經建立好了。
When you take the floor somewhere and people seem to hear a divine melody and relax, your Vishudhi is established.

When you dress properly without exposing the ultimate parts of the body, your Vishudhi is established.

When people are from the American continent, and you have all these qualities…….America is established.
當人們是從美國大陸來，而有以上特質的，那美國已經被建立好了。
